Inspiration
Last summer when Lisa was here we visited the Cologne Cathedral together and were both struck by the tile floors, some mosaics and some we thought would make great quilt block designs.

So funny - I have the same photo from December 2005!
Yeah, we also thought it funny how we're surrounded by this fabulous architecture--the tallest cathedral in the world, i think--and we both whip out our cameras to photograph the floor.
